Service Offerings

All-Pro Finish provides the following services in the Sacramento area:

• Exterior house painting and staining
• Interior painting and wall finishing
• Cabinet painting, refinishing, and restaining
• Home remodeling and renovation services
• Commercial painting services
• Color consultation and design services

Service Area

Our services are available throughout Sacramento County and surrounding areas including but not limited to Sacramento, Elk Grove, Roseville, Folsom, Davis, and other communities within our designated service radius.

Free Estimates

We provide free estimates for all painting and remodeling projects. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on actual project conditions discovered during work.

Written Contracts

All projects require a written contract outlining scope of work, materials, timeline, and payment terms. Contracts must be signed by both parties before work begins.

Changes to Work

Any changes to the original scope of work must be approved in writing and may result in additional charges. We will provide written change orders for your approval before proceeding with additional work.

Payment Schedule

• Small projects (under $1,000): Payment due upon completion
• Medium projects ($1,000-$5,000): 50% deposit, balance due upon completion
• Large projects (over $5,000): Payment schedule outlined in contract

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash
• Check
• Credit/Debit Cards
• Bank transfers

Late Payments

Late payments may be subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month (18% annually) or the maximum allowed by law. We reserve the right to suspend work on unpaid accounts.

Workmanship Warranty

We guarantee our workmanship for a period of two (2) years from completion date. This warranty covers defects in application and craftsmanship under normal conditions.

Material Warranties

Paint and material warranties are provided by the manufacturer. We will assist in warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer defects beyond our control.

Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from extreme weather conditions
• Damage caused by customer or third parties
• Surfaces not properly prepared due to customer limitations

Insurance Coverage

All-Pro Finish carries comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the contracted services. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages beyond the direct cost of our work.

Property Protection

We take reasonable precautions to protect your property during work. However, customers should remove or protect valuable items in work areas.

Customer Cancellation

Customers may cancel contracts within 72 hours of signing for a full refund of any deposits paid, provided work has not yet commenced.

Cancellation After Work Begins

If cancellation occurs after work has begun, customer is responsible for payment of completed work and any materials purchased specifically for the project.

Weather Delays

Exterior work may be delayed due to weather conditions. Such delays do not constitute breach of contract and project timelines will be adjusted accordingly.

Photography Rights

All-Pro Finish reserves the right to photograph completed work for marketing and portfolio purposes. Customer may request exclusion from photography in writing.

Website Content

All content on our website, including text, images, and designs, is protected by copyright. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Good Faith Resolution

We are committed to resolving any disputes in good faith. Please contact us immediately with any concerns so we can address them promptly.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in Sacramento County, California.
